1. What size do I need?+

The different helmet sizes are based on the head circumference of the wearer. Each size covers head circumferences with adjustment options, usually with a difference of 3-6 cm. To determine your own head circumference, it is best to use a tape measure or a cord that is placed around the widest part of the head (approx. 1 cm above the ears) and then measured. If a helmet fits correctly, it offers excellent protection!

2. How do I get the free pads?+

To get the free additional padding, simply contact us and state your order number or customer number.

3. Is my helmet also suitable for other sports?+

Every helmet is certified and approved for a special sport and corresponds to the EU-wide standard, because every sport harbors very individual risks. For example, a bicycle helmet is robust and safe and protects in the event of an impact, but it is unsuitable as a ski helmet. The problem here is the lack of penetration protection, ie protection against penetration by sharp objects. Thus, a bicycle helmet worn in a skiing accident would under certain circumstances result in very serious head injuries to the helmet wearer.

4. Are the helmets also available in other colors?+

All available variants are displayed directly in the shop.

5. How do I care for my helmet?+

Clean your helmet with water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Please note that applying paint, stickers, detergents, chemicals and solvents can seriously impair the safety of your helmet.

6. How often should I change my helmet?+

Every helmet is involuntarily exposed to an aging process, which is mainly influenced by UV radiation. The protective effect of a helmet is no longer fully guaranteed if it has been exposed to a hard impact or blow. Even if no external damage is visible, you should replace your helmet for safety reasons. This is also necessary if the helmet no longer fits properly or if there are visible defects. Even if stored correctly, you should replace your helmet after several years of use, even if there is no visible damage to the helmet.

7. How should my helmet be stored?+

It is best to store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight. In addition, you should always air dry your sports helmet after use and not expose it to high temperatures (eg in direct sunlight behind a glass).

8. How do I know if my helmet is broken?+

Sometimes damage to the helmet cannot be clearly seen. If your helmet has already been in use for several years, has been exposed to a hard blow, impact or high temperatures, it should be replaced. You may no longer use your helmet if it has visible damage, such as cracks or holes, or if the helmet no longer fits.

9. What is the fall speed of the helmets?+

Our bicycle helmets comply with the EU standard DIN EN 1078 for bicycle helmets. The standard assumes a fall speed of 5.42 m / s (19.5 km / h).

1. How does the order processing work?+

Step 1 - choose a helmet and add it to the shopping cart

Find a helmet in our shop that you want to buy and place it in the shopping cart. You can also add more helmets. You can delete the selected products in the shopping cart or change the number accordingly. Then please click on the button “Direct to PayPal” or “Checkout”.

 

Step 2 - address and shipping

Here you have 3 options: registration for registered customers, order without registration or order and register as a customer.

If you already have a customer account with us, please enter your email address and your personal password and click on "Login".

If you do not yet have a customer account with us, you can continue without registering. You have to enter your address or delivery address.

Optionally, you can also register.

Your advantages as a registered customer:

Simple and convenient - you only enter your data once. You are always informed about the status of your order. Manage products in your own wish lists. and much more

Our partner DHL is automatically displayed as the shipping method. Here just click on "Next".

 

Step 3 - select payment method

Choose your preferred payment method. You can choose between purchase on account, installment purchase and instant transfer with Klarna, Paypal Plus (direct debit, credit card and invoice), PayPal and prepayment.
Then click on “Next”.

On the next page we have summarized your order again for you. You can correct your data again using the "Address" tab. When you click on the "Buy" button, the order is complete.

 

4th step - Confirmation of your order

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email that lists your personal order again.
This email is for your information only and as confirmation that we have received your order.

 

5th step - conclusion of contract

When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you have chosen. You can find details on this in our terms and conditions.

 

Step 6 - delivery

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 1-2 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

2. Can I subsequently order an article or cancel my order?+

It is possible to subsequently add an article, change or cancel your order, but only if it has not yet been dispatched.

Of course, you then have the option:

to refuse to accept the shipment

to send part or all of the shipment back to us as described in the enclosed return slip.

After receiving the return, the amount will be refunded to you immediately via the payment method you used, if it has already been collected.

2. Which transport company will my order be delivered by?+

Our parcels are sent via DHL.

3. How long is the delivery time?+

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). 5. Can I change the chosen payment method?+

For example, if you have ordered in advance and would prefer to pay later via PayPal, contact us using the contact form:

1. How does a return work?+

If you are not satisfied with a helmet you have purchased from us, you can make use of your right of withdrawal within one month. After your return has arrived at our logistics center, your return will be checked and processed. Please note that this process can take a few days. If you reimburse orders with the payment method in advance, the amount will be credited to your current account. Please provide us with your bank details (account holder, IBAN and BIC). For orders by credit card and PayPal, the corresponding amount will be returned to your PayPal account. In the case of credit card purchases, purchase on account and direct debit, the reimbursement will be made by the service partner PayPal (PayPal Plus).

How to send items back to us:

2. What happens if the helmet doesn't fit or I want to exchange it?+

If you would like the helmet in a different size, color or model, contact us to receive a return label. Then place a new order directly in our online shop to receive the new item.
