How does the order processing on skullcap-helmets.de work?

 

Step 1 - choose a helmet and add it to the shopping cart

Choose a helmet in our shop that you would like to buy and put it in the shopping cart. You can also add more helmets. You can delete the selected products in the shopping cart or change the number accordingly. Then please click on the "Direct to PayPal" or "Checkout" button.

 

Step 2 - address and shipping

Here you have 3 options: Registration for registered customers, Order or Order without registration and register as a customer.


If you already have a customer account with us, please enter your email address and your personal password and click on "Register".

If you do not yet have a customer account with us, you can continue without registering. You must provide your address or delivery address.

You can also register as an option.

Your advantages as a registered customer:

  • Simple and convenient - you only enter your data once.

  • You are informed about the status of your order at all times.

  • Manage products in your own watch lists. and much more


 

Our partner DHL is automatically displayed as the shipping method. Simply click on "Next" here.


 

Step 3 - select payment method

Select your preferred payment method. You can choose between purchase on account, installment purchase and instant transfer with Klarna, Paypal Plus (direct debit, credit card and invoice), PayPal and prepayment. Then click on “Next”.

Check and Order
On the next page we have summarized your order for you again. You can correct your data again using the "Address" tab. If you click on the "Buy" button, the order is completed.

 

Step 4 - confirm your order

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email that lists your personal order again. This email is for your information only and as confirmation that we have received your order.

 

Step 5 - conclusion of contract

When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you have chosen. You can find details on this in our terms and conditions.

 

Step 6 - delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment according to the time of your payment order).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

 


Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

It is possible to add an item, change or cancel your order afterwards, but only if the shipment has not yet taken place.

Of course you have the following options:

  • refuse to accept the shipment

  • to send part or all of the shipment back to us as described in the enclosed return slip.

After receipt of the return, the amount, if it has already been collected, will be refunded immediately to you using the payment method you used.
